Professional Experience
After receiving his Masters degree in 1986 and
working for two respected firms in the Austin area, Mr. Luevano co-founded Steinman Luevano Structures in November 1998. In addition to being a licensed professional engineer in Texas, Richard is licensed in Colorado, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Tennessee.
